These terms apply when you buy from MATTHEW LEE ROBERTS through this website. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock or listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before charging and offer a refund or an alternative.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store card numbers on this website.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, power requirements and what is in the box. Product images are representative; colour can vary slightly between screens and production batches.

Use of the site

The content, photographs and text on this site belong to MATTHEW LEE ROBERTS and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost time or lost data, arising from use of a product.
